For Adjusters, Carriers & Public Adjusters

Aerial Documentation
That Holds Up in Claims

GPS-tagged, timestamped imagery that establishes pre and post-event condition. Defensible in the claims process and fast enough to matter when it counts.

Two Ways We Support Claims

Pre-Event

Baseline Documentation

Hurricane season prep surveys establish a timestamped, geolocated condition baseline before a storm event. When a claim is filed, pre-storm imagery eliminates pre-existing damage disputes before they start.

  • Roof, facade, seawall, and deck conditions
  • Full GPS metadata embedded in each image
  • Securely archived with date/time verification
Post-Event

Post-Storm Damage Survey

We mobilize within 48 hours of storm clearance. A rapid aerial damage survey covers the entire property — roof, facade, seawall, and marine assets — before the site is disturbed by mitigation contractors.

  • 48-hour mobilization after storm clearance
  • Damage mapped before mitigation begins
  • Supports both carrier and public adjuster use

Assets We Document

Roofs

Flat membrane, tile, metal, and TPO. Full coverage including drains, HVAC equipment, and penetrations.

Building Facades

All four elevations at high resolution. Impact damage, cracks, spalling, and water intrusion patterns.

Seawalls & Bulkheads

Pre and post-storm seawall condition including cap cracks, panel displacement, and scour patterns.

Marine Assets

Boat lifts, docks, davits, and marina structures. Topside documentation without water access required.

Parking Structures

Upper deck surfaces, perimeter spandrels, and exposed structural elements after weather events.

Commercial Exteriors

Storefronts, canopies, signage, and EIFS cladding. Fast multi-property coverage for commercial portfolios.

Why Our Documentation Holds Up

GPS

Every image carries embedded GPS coordinates, altitude, and camera heading — not just a folder label.

Timestamped

Flight logs and image EXIF data provide independent date/time verification that can't be altered after the fact.

FAA Logged

All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 certification with LAANC authorization on file — a fully documented, legal flight record.

We work alongside public adjusters, carriers, and legal teams. Deliverables are structured so any party to the claim can access and reference the documentation independently.

Fast Turnaround When It Matters Most

Available 48 hours after storm clearance. Serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
